Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a part time Support Worker/Companion and for our Supported Living Service, in Halifax and surrounding areas of Kirklees and Calderdale. About the role The lady we support is in her 40's and suffers with Arthritis. This lady loves to be out in the community and attend activites for example, swimming, Pilates, and shopping.
